ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?

We do not charge any additional handling fee for returns.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To make a cancellation, please log into your account and book the cancellation of the requested order from the return and cancellation tab.

 

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns/exchange section on the website or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and hand over the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making the payment. Please note that no handling fee is charged for returns. In addition, free products received during any promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.

 

WHAT IS THE STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGE?

At the moment, we do not accept exchange requests. In case of returns:

● Visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order

● Submit the required details in the empty fields

● Follow the instructions and select the items you would want to return

● A confirmation email would be shared once the return request is approved

Please note that the return request needs to be raised within 10 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused unwashed, or undamaged, and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted. The refund is subject to your returns meeting the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product at support@esse.in. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different/wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.

 

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Return request needs to be raised within 10 days of the delivery date.

 

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

For return/exchange, the reverse pick-up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. CAN I RETURN ALL ITEMS?

Boxers, Socks, and Face masks cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.

 

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A 'FREE PRODUCT' DEAL?

Any items purchased during a BUY TWO GET ONE or any similar FREE PRODUCT deal are not eligible individually for return. Items purchased during a FREE PRODUCT deal are viewed as combo packs, one being the purchased item and the other being the free item.

In case of return, all items (purchased and free product) need to be shipped back to us. The full amount of the purchase would be refunded in the form of store credit or to the original mode of payment in case of return.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

 

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

In case of orders placed with a discount are returned, the discount will be waived off and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

 

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDERS?

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

 

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a link via our Payments Partner(Cashfree) would be sent to your registered E-mail ID and WhatsApp number. You would be required to click on the link and fill in the required details for the refund to be initiated to your account.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

Payments

MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
