RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
NOTE: RETURNS/EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR FACE MASKS KEEPING HYGIENE INTO CONSIDERATION.
GENERAL POLICY: If You wish to return a product(s) within the period of 10 days upon receiving the product, You can make a return to us where your product was delivered or by Courier arranged by us. In the latter case You should contact us through our mail email@example.com to arrange for the product to be collected. You will be charged with INR 100/- for exchange & INR 200/- for all refunds as handling fees. You should send the product in the same package received by following the directions on the “RETURNS” section of our website

Materials are not accepted if Product Tags are removed.
For the Refund/Exchange, the materials have to reach Bangalore Warehouse and should finish the Quality Check. Only those Orders which fulfills the QC, is accepted for Exchange/Refund and will be processed within 72hrs.
WE WILL CHARGE INR 100/- AS HANDLING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGE & INR 200/- FOR REFUND ORDERS.
IN CASE OF EXCHANGE, SAME PRODUCT WITH DIFFERENT SIZE CAN BE EXCHANGED, NOT THE PRODUCT
FOR THE PRODUCT EXCHNAGE, COUPON CODE WILL BE SENT TO THE REGISTERED EMAIL ID
HANDLING CHARGES INR 100/- IS APPLICABLE FOR BOTH THE CASES
REFUNDS: IN CASE, ORDERS PLACED WITH DISCOUNT IS RETURNED FOR REFUND, THE DISCOUNT WILL BE WAIVED OFF AND THE PRODUCTS WILL BE BILLED ON MRP AND THE BALANCE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED (ONLY IF THE ORDER SIZE GOES BELOW 3 ITEMS).
Bank Account Details provided by the customer would be final and if any error in details provided by customer would not be responsibility of Essentiele.
You should be aware that You are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession. This means including all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings when returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. Failure to exercise such reasonable care may, depending on the circumstances, give rise to a right of action against You for breach of statutory duty.
In circumstances where You consider that the product does not conform to the Contract at the time of delivery, You should promptly contact us via our mail email@example.com with details of the product and its damage; where on you will receive instructions from us.
Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify You of your right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days of the day we confirmed to You via e-mail that You are entitled to a refund.
